Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and suitable for resale. Items that show signs of use, damage, alteration, washing, or missing packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and digital products (including downloadable crochet patterns or other digital files).
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
Digital Delivery Confirmation
Digital products are delivered electronically. Once a digital file has been successfully delivered, accessed, or downloaded, the order is considered fulfilled and cannot be refunded or canceled.

Unauthorized Returns
Items returned without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packaged and shipped with tracking. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must still be in the same condition that you received them: unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 15% restocking fee. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Digital Pattern Usage
Digital crochet patterns sold by Amiguruku are intended for personal use only. The files may not be redistributed, resold, shared, translated, or reproduced in any form, whether digitally or physically.
You are welcome to sell finished handmade items made from our patterns in small quantities, provided that Amiguruku is credited as the pattern designer.
