Overview

Amiguruku ships handmade crochet products worldwide from Indonesia.

Each item is handmade individually, which means preparation time may vary depending on product availability. Ready-stock items ship faster, while made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total package weight.

All shipments are sent using Kurasi Regular international shipping service.


Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are based on the total weight of the package.

0.1 – 0.3 kg $15 USD
0.31 – 0.6 kg $20 USD
0.61 – 1 kg $30 USD
Over 1 kg $40 USD

Amiguruku currently does not offer free shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated to reflect the actual international shipping expense.


Shipping Regions

Amiguruku offers worldwide shipping, including customers in the European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK).

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, or other local taxes depending on the destination country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Processing Time

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Typical processing time:

  • Ready stock items: 1–3 business days

  • Made-to-order items / Pre-orders: 3–7 days

Processing time may vary during busy periods or special events.


Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Estimated international delivery times typically range between 7–21 business days, but may occasionally take longer depending on:

  • Customs clearance

  • Local postal service handling

  • Seasonal shipping delays

  • Weather conditions or transportation disruptions


Shipping Delays and Responsibility

Once a package has been shipped, it is handled by the shipping carrier and customs authorities.

Amiguruku is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Postal delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Transportation issues

  • Import restrictions in the destination country

Because every Amiguruku item is handmade one by one, replacement items may not always be immediately available.

However, if any shipping issue occurs, customers are encouraged to contact us and we will do our best to assist in communicating with the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Amiguruku is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
